The Omani Intellectual Property Association has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gulf College as part of efforts to strengthen areas of mutual cooperation. This initiative stems from a shared belief in the complementary roles and collaborative work between professional associations and institutions of higher education in the Sultanate of Oman, and reflects the desire of both parties to establish joint cooperation to achieve their respective goals.
The agreement includes areas of collaboration in academic, training, and educational fields, the use of the college’s facilities, the exchange of expertise between the two sides, and knowledge and cultural exchange in all fields.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Omani Intellectual Property Association by Dr. Ali bin Khamis Al Alawi, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, and on behalf of Gulf College by the Dean, Dr. Ali bin Hamad Al Badi.
